Use of the service
Access to the customer portal is granted to authorized members of a customer organization. Accounts must not be shared, and access must be managed through organization membership and roles.

These placeholder terms describe how TraxLabs by HLX is intended to be used and will be replaced by the final legal text before launch.
Customer data
Customer organizations retain ownership of their operational data. We process that data to provide the tracking, inventory, lifecycle and analytics functionality of the platform.
Third-party technology
The platform integrates with third-party smart-label tracking technology. Capabilities dependent on that technology are subject to the partner platform's own terms and availability.
Service availability
We aim for continuous availability but may perform maintenance, updates and changes to the platform. Material changes affecting customers will be communicated in advance where practical.
Acceptable use
The platform must not be used unlawfully, to infringe rights, or to attempt to access data belonging to another organization.
